Ridiculous Ramblings, Really

It's funny, how one little mail can take me from happy and relaxed to wanting to kill someone in a few seconds.

Why do some people think, it's fine to speak of a group of people as this people in a way that sounds as if they're some lowly lifeform just because they got some critic from this group?
Did I somehow turn from a normal student into a punching bag when I decided to help with the bureocratic things, no one really wants to do?
Did I loose my right to be treated in a civil manner?
Did I miss some paper about how I had to stop thinking on my own and start to just nod and smile?

Ok, I'm overreacting, but *takes deep breath*
This is just stupid, why am I even reacting to it?
