I know I can't go around and forbid people to smoke pot in their own rooms, but do they have to open the windows too?
There are people who simply hate the smell and get nothing out of it but a headache.

It's still 29°C in here, I really don't want to close the windows.

Ah, yes. The opening-the-window-will-make-the-smell-go-away trick. My brother seemed to believe this for years, unaware that having six friends in his room, listening to Bob Marley and being unnaturally quiet was as good as wearing a t-shirt saying "I Smoke Dope, Ask Me How".

Perhaps you should find a "fragrant" hobby and do it in front of their open windows. Something involving human waste products, perhaps.

Ah, the obliviousness of stoners.
I've always thought that putting bongs on display wasn't the most inconspicuous move either.

And if it weren't for my black thumbs, I would take up cultivating roses or some other fregant flowers.
As it is, I'll just make grumpy LJ entries.
