Further thoughts on my main reaction:

I like JKR but I don't trust her around her characters *g*
The problem is, that she has everything set up in a way she *could* justify Snape's actions and still make him one of the good guys - the only question is if she wants to. Because letting him be one of the bad guys works as well.
And guessing what JKR plans to do is something I won't even try. Because for everything I get right, there are three things I didn't see coming.

So that's two to four or more years in Limbo. Oh dear.

Friday would be perfect. I get paid the day before, which means - yay! - spending spree!

As to places, I'm best with the Buchanan Street area, which is right in the middle of the city centre, near both the train stations and the main bus station. It's also where the huge book shops are, so I inevitably gravitate there ;) *ponders*

It all depends on where you can get to by car, but anywhere in the Bunchanan Street/Stations area works for me.

Would about 12 o'clock be all right for you? I have a couple of things I'd need to do in town before I headed to Glasgow and it takes my tain about an hour to get through :)

Also, do you have a mobile phone so I could throw messages your way, should I be delayed for any reason? And would central station be the best place to find each other? If so, there's a huge clock dangling from the ceiling, where I could lurk under :)

And, forewarning, I'll probably babble madly about HBP, if you don't mind :D I haven't had anyone physically around to talk to about it since I read it :)

Fabulous! :D Noon, Friday, big clock. Oh, do you know what I look like? Aside from freaky pale eyes and dark hair? I can dig out photos if that would help.

As for fan-discussion, I have a weakness for fangirly babble and it drives my family mad. I sat squeaking "wow" while reading and dad kept glaring at me ;)
I think I know where we can find nice coffee shops to lurk and babble as well, when we siphon the life out of bookshops.
