I'm full of random observations at the moment

Leipzig really needs some larger flag poles in front of the town hall. Because flags at half-mast really look silly if they're nearly hitting passer-bys in the face.

i wondered about that! why are they half mast? it's been like this for weeks. did i miss soemthing?

I know they've been at half-mast for a while after the tsunami - and I thought yesterday had something to do with the 60 year liberation of Auschwitz thing. But if they've been at half-mast the whole time, I've don't have any clue why.
