And yet another of those pointless entries.
Ummm, if the milk in my coffee is clotting - does that indicate that maybe it's past it's use by date?
This message brought to you by "Yes I'm really a complete idiot when dealing with food." and its cousin "What do you mean 'how does it taste?' it's edible, that's more than enough."
My Life of Brian DVD arrived.
Life is good.

Yes: it's "turned". It will make the coffee taste peculiar, too.
On the upside, turned milk makes excellent scones.

But that would surely require something like flour or butter - and I'm proud of myself that I actually have milk in the fridge.
I'm every cook's nightmare.
And eternally amazed by those food posts you and others occasionally do.
Scones
Yes, I'm afraid so. (http://www.livejournal.com/community/bakery/15824.html)

And my journal isn't even the place where I post most of the food posts!
Re: Scones
Oh, where? (Only if it is a place that doesn't mind idiot lurkers of course.)
I love to read about cooking - I just can't do it.

Ich weiß schon warum ich das Zeug kaum kaufe.
(Vorhin habe ich Haferflocken gefunden, die irgendwie auch nicht mehr so ganz frisch waren. Rochen irgendwie ranzig. Ich wusste gar nicht, daß das geht.)

Have you read Stephen King's "Eyes of the Dragon?" And if the answer is "no," would you like to read it? I have a copy of it in German, which I've had for years and years hoping that someday my German would be good enough to read it. I think you and I both know *that* day isn't happening anytime soon ::grin::
So, I thought I'd see if you'd like me to send it to you. After you read it, you could even do a BookCrossing release if you like (or you can keep it if you really enjoyed it). If you'd like me to send it, please send your address to me at here_be_dragons at livejournal dot com.

And I'd really like to read the book. Eine eMail mit meiner Adresse ist schon unterwegs.
*Looks at pile of books set aside for releasing after a last read*
Ich werde dieses Buch wahrscheinlich auch freilassen - aber es könnte ein Weilchen dauern.
