Yes: it's "turned". It will make the coffee taste peculiar, too.

(food_porn is an excellent and very busy community, and normally very good about using lj-cut for long/photo-rich entries. Unfortunately one twit has just single-handedly reversed that record.)

I have a copy of it in German, which I've had for years and years hoping that someday my German would be good enough to read it. I think you and I both know *that* day isn't happening anytime soon ::grin::
