I knew it!

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] iibnf, who provided this link, I now know that two of the things I'm learning to do, are considered the worst jobs in science.

3. BARNYARD MASTURBATOR and 7. FISTULA FEEDER

None of those I find especially bad. The fistula sheep we've worked with were quite nice and feeling the heartbeat though the wall of the rumen or having your hand inside the sheep while the stomach's contracting is an unique feeling,
And I don't know about the 'manual manipulation' on the second job, we've so far mostly tried to get the bull 'in the mood' by rubbing the accessory sexual glands, but in the end used the AV - you've got to catch the sperm somehow, how do they do it by hand?.

No, not particularly bad jobs, only talking about them earns you some weird looks.
Now I'm going back to my White Rabbit impersonations. There's nothing like the realization that I have to leave for Leipzig in less than a week, to get me working.

Is it a bad thing that I seriously wondered how I could sign up for some of these jobs?

Depends on which jobs you were considering to do.
The prospect of not kissing little kids - sorry, teaching - can lead to strange ideas in a person.
