Stupid UPS.
Some indication that they've been here two times already would have been great. I wouldn't have known if I'd not randomly decided to have a look if the bag had already been sent out. And while I know that not getting a shipment notice is not UPS's fault, a note along the lines of "Been here. No one here. Back tomorrow. And, by the way, you'll need have 25€ on hand" would have been *very* useful.
