No milk today (or rather, Monday)

I'm a bit disappointed that I missed the milk-quality course on Monday.
In addition to the excretions of cows and sheep and goats and buffalos and probably horses, they had human milk.
Perhaps I enjoy doing gross things a bit too much, but I would have loved to taste-test it.

I think I have less problems drinking cow milk, because I don't feel like I'm taking liberties I'm not really entitled to. Sort of like I should at least know the person who provided the milk. I'm not actually walking up to her and touching her breasts without asking, but it feels a bit like it.

And I refuse to think about eggs.
