Soy protein, dried tomatoes, and smoke flavouring, I think. You just toss it in a pan with a little oil and heat it until it's as soft or crispy as you want. It's pretty damned good. One of these days (when I've got some maple syrup - I won't eat the fake stuff anymore 'cause it's foul) I'm going to try it alongside pancakes. Mmm... pancakes...
