I've got Hummeln im Hintern
Or however you want to call it. I just can't sit still or concentrate on anything for more than five minutes.
Which is bad, because I have to give a presentation on the topic of my dissertation tomorrow. (And whoever had thought that a good idea needs to be kicked. I don't think any of us cares about the other topics. We're busy enough with our own.)
It doesn't help that a) I can sum up my topic in less than five sentences (as I've said before, clinical dissertation equals simple 'I'll only believe they'll give me a research doctorate for that when I see it' topics) and b) Maria, who worked on a very similar subject talked about it just two weeks ago.
Let's see how many of my colleagues I can put to sleep with another talk about hypothermia at 7 am.
As always, I have about a million things more I'd like to babble about, but can't write them down in a way that would make sense. I think I'll blame the cold for now. Or maybe sunspots?
Whatever it is, I'd like it to go away please, I'm incoherent enough in my normal state of being.
