I drive down to my parents' today.

Of course there is snow.

May I kill all other drivers? Pretty please? At least the incompetent ones? And those without winter tyres?

Feel free to kill them all.

Once you're done, do you fancy coming over here where nobody has the concept of winter tyres atall...and hence, during the 10 days (maximum) of snow we have each year, the entire country grinds to a halt and there are cars abandoned everywhere. Then you can kill some more incompetent drivers.
